Under 21ers are underserved when it comes to live music in PDX. Friends of Noise aims to change this by throwing quarterly concerts around town that’ll create more opportunities for kids to produce, perform and gather at shows. Tony Ozier and the Doo Doo Funk All-Stars headline Friends of Noise's debut showcase plus the night will feature youth performers Drex Porter and GEM Dynasty: $5 for youth and $10 for adults at Los Prados Event Hall in St. Johns (10105 N Lombard St.).
