King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard were nuts! Between the double drums and the long surfer hair, it felt like a psychedelic mashup of Ty Segall and John Dwyer (of Thee Oh Sees). Plus, it was the first time I've ever seen some decent moshing action at Mississippi Studios!
