Owner's Statement
Out in the woods of British Columbia where the mountains meet the sky surrounded by valleys, forests and wilderness as far as the eye can see, you will find the Element Music Festival, which will fill the Snug Lake Amphitheatre—from July 26 to 29—with a weekend of incredibly funky, danceable, electrified acts. With Lotus rocking three nights and six sets and Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe performing twice alongside Spafford, Particle, Genetics, Yak Attack and many other musicians playing multiple sets, Element heavily encourages collaboration between artists so get ready for an unforgettable, improvisational experience that also features endless trails for hiking and mountain biking, a clear mountain lake to swim in, freshwater fishing, an art gallery, workshops, a kid’s zone, interactive art installations, lakeside yoga with live music each morning, and a vending village filled with food, clothing and crafts—not to mention soul-feeding music all night long!
