Big things are in store for the veteran alt/soul/rock band Purusa: Ken Stringfellow (The Posies, R.E.M., Big Star) produced their new full-length out this fall, and they’ll bring the rock to Dante's this summer with Seattle’s Stereo Embers—signed to the label of Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready—and alternative rockers Sponge, who are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut record Rotting Piñata.
